Damage to tracks is your responsibility. Track damage can occur when user drives over extremely rough terrain, overloads machine, drives over heavy material, hits something hard, etc. This is user error. You will be charged for any excessive damage to tracks.
When a track comes loose or comes off the machine, you may do one of the following:
1. Call us and have a technician troubleshoot over the phone to install tracks.
2. Bring the equipment into our shop and have a technician install the tracks. You will be charged an $80 service fee.
3. Call us and request a technician to come to your job site to perform the repair. You must pay a $250 service fee before the repair can begin.
You could be charged a $250 service fee if a technician is called to go to the job site for any issues that need repair in which the problem was caused by misuse or abuse by the customer. A hose to a grapple bucket, breaker, or any kind of attachment is your responsibility, and you will be charged to fix it. If a hydraulic hose that is enclosed breaks, no fee will be charged. Hoses along a boom or exposed will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, you may use your own trailer, but you are required to bring ramps for loading/unloading.
Our trailers do not have any toll tag devices. All charges for using our trailers on toll roads will be billed directly to the customer, plus a $5 service fee.
Damage to trailers is your responsibility. You must inspect the trailer and its tires before leaving the premises. Once off our property, you are 100% liable for all damage or issues you have with the trailer. If you ask us to send a technician to the trailer site, you must pay a $250 service fee before the repair can begin. If any equipment is on the trailer when the trailer is damaged, you are also liable for any damages to the equipment.
Damage to trailer tires is your responsibility. You must inspect the trailer and trailer tires before leaving the premises. Once off our property, you are 100% liable for all damage or issues you have with the trailer tires. You will also be charged for any excessive damage to tires. Flat tires and blow outs are your responsibility. You may replace the tire with a 14-ply tire of the same tread depth. Upon return we will give your tire back and charge a fee to replace with our own tire.
If you call for a technician due to a tire issue you must pay a $250 service fee before the repair can begin. If the tire can be
repaired it will be covered under the service fee. If the tire has to be replaced, you will be charged the appropriate amount based on tire size, as follows:
- 16”tire – $200
- 14-15” tire – $150
Equipment must be returned as clean as it was rented. Excessively dirty equipment will incur a fee.
