Equipment Rental Policy

NOTE
- All items are due back by the "Agreed Return Date" stated on the rental contract.
- Any rental extensions must be approved and paid for in advance.
- NMTR is not responsible for any property damage or personal injury sustained while loading into customer vehicle.
- Day Rental = 24 hours of consecutive rental time, Monday through Friday
- Week Rental = 7 consecutive days from start of contract
- Month Rental = 28 consecutive days from start of contract
- Weekend Rental: (returns after 8 AM Monday will result in additional charges)
- 1.5 Day Rental = pick up Friday after 1 PM and return Monday 7AM-8AM.

1 Day Rental = pick up Saturday morning and return Monday 7AM-8AM.

- Prices are subject to change at any time. Please call or email for current price quotes. Quotes are valid for 15 days.
- All rental charges are based on time out and not time used.
- If you encounter any operational problems, please call immediately. No credits or adjustments will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered. No credits given for misuse of equipment.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
- Job location and two or more valid phone numbers.
- Out-of-state Drivers License’s will be at manager’s discretion and may require proof of vehicle registration, a major credit card, and a deposit.
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance.
- Major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover), 3% surcharge
- Debit card, cash
- No personal checks are accepted.
- A deposit may be required on some equipment at North Main Tool Rental’s discretion.
- Certain equipment may also require a cleaning deposit, flat tire deposit, and/or a fuel deposit.
- 8 metered hours are allowed for a one-day rental.
- 12 metered hours are allowed for a weekend rental.
- 40 metered hours are allowed for weekly rentals.
- 160 metered hours allowed for monthly rentals.
- Any overtime hours will be billed at 25% of the daily rate.
- Damage Waiver is required on most equipment at 8% of the rental rate. This covers accidental damage that can occur to the equipment during normal rental use.
- Damage Waiver does not cover unsecured transport, abuse, misuse, theft, or flat tires.

- Our inventory is continually expanding to meet the needs of our customers.
- Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call for a delivery quote.
- Delivery fees do not include set-up or take-down of equipment.
- Equipment must be available for pick up at the same drop off location. If equipment cannot be accessed, located, or if it must be moved or disassembled, additional fees will apply.
- Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from time of pick up to return.
- All items should be secured and protected from weather and theft.
- Additional charges for repairs and replacements due to misuse/abuse will be charged to customer.
